Fire & smoke restoration
Fire damage is rarely just the burned area. Smoke and soot travel through the whole structure, and the water used to put the fire out creates a second problem. We handle all of it.
We secure the property first — board-up and tarping if needed — then assess what can be cleaned, what needs to be removed, and what the insurance scope should include.
Soot is corrosive and gets worse the longer it sits. Our fire and odor certifications (IICRC FRT and OCT) mean cleaning is done to a standard, not by guesswork, and odor is actually removed instead of covered up.
How the job goes

Secure the structure
Emergency board-up, roof tarping, and temporary power or fencing where required.

Assess and scope
Room-by-room inventory of fire, smoke, soot, and water damage, written to match how adjusters review claims.

Clean and deodorize
Soot removal from surfaces and contents, HEPA air filtration, and odor treatment using thermal fogging or ozone as appropriate.

Prepare for rebuild
Damaged materials are removed and the structure is left ready for reconstruction.
