Our rebuild scope is written from the same Xactimate estimate the mitigation was, so the adjuster sees one continuous file instead of two contractors' paperwork.
How the job goes

Line-item estimate of everything that has to be put back, matched to the insurance claim.

Approve and schedule
You and your adjuster sign off on the scope. We schedule the work and order materials.

Rebuild
Framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, paint, and finish work by licensed trades.

Final walkthrough
You walk the finished space with us before we close the job.
