Mold removal & remediation
Mold is a moisture problem first. We fix the source, contain the affected area so spores don't spread, remove the growth, and leave the space ready for a clearance test.
Wiping mold off a surface doesn't solve anything if the wall behind it is still wet. Our approach starts with finding the moisture that caused it, then removing affected materials under containment with negative air pressure so the rest of the building stays clean.
We recommend independent post-remediation testing on larger jobs so you have a third-party result, not just our word.
How the job goes

Inspect and find the moisture
Visual inspection plus moisture and humidity readings to locate the cause, not just the growth.

Contain the area
Plastic containment and negative air machines with HEPA filtration keep spores from spreading during work.

Remove and clean
Affected porous materials are removed and bagged. Remaining surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed and cleaned with antimicrobials.

Dry and verify
The area is dried to standard and ready for clearance testing before it's closed back up.
